Lifting Hearts Children Home was established in 2024 under the auspices of Divine Favor International Outreach Ministries Inc., with a steadfast commitment to providing care, stability, and opportunity for orphans and at-risk children in Baltimore, Maryland.
Recognizing the urgent need for a safe and nurturing environment for children seventeen years and younger who have been displaced, abandoned, or left without family support,Divine Favor International Outreach Ministries Inc. founded Lifting Hearts Children Home to serve as a refuge and a pathway toward healing and self-sufficiency.
Since its inception, our programs have been designed to meet the holistic needs of every child — extending far beyond shelter to encompass education, healthcare, emotional support, and life-skills training.
